Blood pressure goes up even in temporarily stressful situations and it takes some time for it to come back again. If a person does not have any diseases but they are in a stressful situation then they will start having blood pressure issues. Stress is one of the factors which can result in an elevated blood pressure. Keeping a track of it allows you to correct your course before you continue with habits and actions that may cause permanent damage to you somehow. A perfectly healthy person will also have variations in their blood pressure levels.
